Position Summary
The Marketing Communications Specialist will support the execution of integrated marketing communication programs for both internal and external audiences. This role involves creating engaging content, managing collateral and campaigns, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring all communications align with Huber Engineered Materials (HEM) brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Management

Implement consistent brand messaging across all materials.

Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, and vendors to deliver promotional items.

Ensure compliance with brand standards in all deliverables.
Content & Campaign Execution

Develop and edit marketing content for brochures, fact sheets, newsletters, and digital platforms.

Support the creation of campaigns that engage target audiences and strengthen brand presence.

Track and report campaign performance for continuous improvement.
Marketing Strategy & Analysis

Support marketing communication strategies aligned with business goals.

Conduct benchmarking, competitive analysis, and trend reporting.

Use social listening insights to generate actionable marketing ideas.
Advertising

Plan and execute advertising campaigns across print and digital channels.

Collaborate with agencies on creative development and media placement.

Monitor ad spend and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Internal Communications

Draft newsletters, announcements, and presentations for employees.

Partner with leadership to align internal messaging with company priorities.
Systems & Process Administration

Administer Monday.com workflows and approvals for marketing projects.

Process marketing invoices and POs through Basware.

Maintain digital asset libraries on SharePoint.
Public Relations & Events

Support PR activities, press releases, and media coordination.

Assist with trade show logistics, materials, and post-event reporting.

Help manage crisis communication logistics when needed.
Market Research

Support trend analysis and gather regional insights from sales teams.

Conduct advertising research and performance studies.
Qualifications
-
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Agricultural Communications, or related field.

Experience: 2–4 years in a marketing communications role.

Strong writing and editing skills across multiple formats.

Comfortable working with technical or scientific content.

Skilled in maintaining brand consistency across campaigns.

Excellent collaboration and presentation abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Google Analytics is a plus.
