Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to oversee key elements of Elite DNA Behavioral Health’s marketing initiatives, supporting B2C, B2B, and career-focused marketing efforts. This role will work closely with company leaders to ensure clear, effective messaging across all channels, strengthen company culture, and provide employees with the resources they need to succeed.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent written and verbal communicator, and tech-savvy, with a strong understanding of marketing fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Brand Strategist to execute B2C, B2B, and employer branding initiatives, including:
    • Print materials, events, sponsorships, and promotional items
    • Public relations, email marketing, and traditional advertising
    • Website content, reputation management, and competitive research
  • Oversee vendor relationships, marketing budgets, and expense tracking.
  • Prepare and update reports for the marketing team and cross-functional departments.
  • Manage daily reputation monitoring and review escalation.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and share key takeaways with stakeholders.
  • Handle internal communications for staff updates.
  • Oversee the print shop and development of marketing materials.
  • Support new office launches with print materials, events, and sponsorships.
  • Work with C-suite executives and stakeholders to plan and execute internal events, including:
    • Reservations, presentations, event materials, and employee communications
  • Maintain and manage the company’s event calendar.
  • Plan and execute community events, including grand openings, open houses, and sponsorship events.
  • Organize and maintain marketing promotional materials and supplies.
  • Coordinate sponsorships and philanthropic efforts across business regions.
  • Assist in managing and optimizing over 30+ online business listings (Google, Yelp, etc.).
  • Support new hire onboarding, including taking headshots, updating website bios, and promoting new staff.
  • Maintain office location contact information for marketing use.
  • Work with the content marketing team to support brand initiatives.
  • Assist with additional marketing projects, including office décor and administrative overflow.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Advertising, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of marketing experience.
  • Exceptional organization and note-taking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Ability to quickly adopt and learn new technology.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work proactively and independently, making sound judgments.
  • Experience with copywriting and creative direction.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Canva, Monday.com, and printers.
