Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), and other client inquiries.

  • Coordinate the proposal development process from kickoff to submission, ensuring compliance, quality, and timely delivery.

  • Utilize Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Word to create visually compelling and well-formatted proposals.

  • Maintain and update marketing databases (resumes, project descriptions, company qualifications) to ensure accuracy and consistency.

  • Tailor and refine resumes, project descriptions, and other marketing collateral to align with client and project-specific needs.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing and proposal development within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.

  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Word.

  • Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $65,000 – $85,000 (dependent on experience, location, and qualifications).

  • Performance-Based Bonuses and Annual Salary Reviews.
