Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator with a passion for lead generation and growth marketing. You will be responsible for executing multi-channel campaigns, managing CRM systems, and creating engaging content to drive new business opportunities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your B2B marketing skills and work with global media leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across paid and owned channels.
- Set up, monitor, and optimise LinkedIn ad campaigns, including A/B testing and retargeting.
- Repurpose content (webinars, reports) into lead generation assets such as gated content and ads.
- Track and report on campaign performance, sharing insights with the team.
- Create and schedule social media content to promote customer launches, events, and success stories.
- Manage CRM data (HubSpot), ensuring clean and accurate contact records.
- Segment audiences for campaigns and maintain lifecycle stages.
- Support logistics and promotion for webinars, roundtables, and conferences.
- Assist in general marketing support, including responding to inbound queries.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B marketing experience.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.
- Basic knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on solutions.
- Experience creating and editing content (written, video, graphics).
- Positive and adaptable, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in event coordination (virtual and in-person).
- Knowledge of other social media management tools.
- Understanding of the media and publishing industry.
