Job Overview

Lavinia Stamps is looking for a creative, organised, and digitally-savvy individual to join our team as a Marketing, Customer Service, and Social Media Assistant. You’ll play a key role in managing our social presence, engaging with our customer base, and supporting daily operations—including phone and order support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and schedule engaging social media content across platforms

  • Maintain consistent brand messaging for products, promotions, and events

  • Assist with customer order queries and follow-ups

  • Answer phones and process telephone orders

  • Support the Customer Service Manager in day-to-day tasks
