Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide actionable insights to help clients understand their customers, improve customer experience, and optimize marketing performance.

  • Collaborate with clients to identify business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.

  • Design and implement data models and analytical frameworks to support client objectives.

  • Work with cross-functional teams of data scientists, consultants, and client stakeholders to uncover insights and present findings in a clear, impactful manner.

  • Develop and implement advanced models including MTA, MMM, and experimentation frameworks to address business challenges such as marketing effectiveness, ROI, brand impact, segmentation, pricing, and external market factors.

  • Contribute to the development of next-generation, consumer-centric marketing analytics solutions that incorporate emerging data sources such as identity resolution, cross-device data, addressable TV, segmentation, targeting, and testing results.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Hands-on experience with advanced statistical and modeling techniques, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), experimentation, multivariate regression, time-series analysis, Bayesian statistics, segmentation, machine learning, data mining, simulation, optimization, and forecasting.

  • Strong technical skills for managing big data and solving complex problems in areas such as online search, advertising attribution, and marketing optimization across digital and offline channels.

  • Proficiency in tools such as SQL, R, Python, Spark, or Matlab.

  • A minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in quantitative analytics and modeling, or an advanced degree with relevant practical experience.

  • A Bachelor’s degree (required) or higher (preferred) in a quantitative field such as Economics, Econometrics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Data Mining, Operations Research, Finance, or related disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of direct experience in Digital Analytics, working with Adserver/Web Analytics logs.

  • 1+ years of experience in the digital AdTech industry with a solid understanding of key digital metrics and marketing technologies.

Work Environment:

This is a hybrid role, requiring a combination of remote work and in-person collaboration at a designated TransUnion office for a minimum of two days per week.
