Position Summary
Altus Commercial Receivables (an ARMStrong company) is seeking a Marketing Director to set the strategic direction for all aspects of brand marketing. This role will drive demand generation, manage communications, optimize digital presence, and ensure consistent messaging that supports company growth, profitability, and visibility.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.

Define and direct demand/lead generation programs; collaborate with the CEO on lead tracking.

Oversee new product launches to maximize awareness and revenue impact.

Manage internal/external communications, content marketing, PR, and brand messaging.

Partner with sales to provide competitive intel, messaging, and collateral.

Analyze marketing performance, measure ROI, and recommend improvements.

Develop sales materials, proposals, presentations, and case studies.

Optimize website, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital channels.

Drive SEO, branding, advertising, events, trade shows, and partnerships.

Create value propositions tailored to customer segments.

Support senior management with messaging and presentation materials.
Qualifications

Education: BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).

Experience: 8+ years in a senior marketing role within a fast-growing company.

Strong leadership, organizational, and team-building skills.

Expertise in product marketing, branding, strategy, digital/web/social media, and PR.

Proven success in managing integrated campaigns that drive growth.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Entrepreneurial, analytical mindset with the ability to manage change.

Familiarity with marketing technologies and analytics preferred.
Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary: $80,000 – $100,000 USD/year (DOE)
