About the Role

Stambaugh Ness (SN) is seeking a Marketing Events Coordinator to lead and execute its events marketing strategy. You will manage a robust annual webinar program, industry conferences, in-person trainings, and client events—elevating brand visibility, enhancing client value, and driving firmwide growth.

This is a remote opportunity for a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute 50+ webinars, conferences, and events annually.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, partners, and vendors.

  • Manage budgets, track performance, and analyze event ROI.

  • Collaborate with presenters on content, preparation, and delivery.

  • Oversee event promotion through marketing campaigns, social media, and email.

  • Handle logistics such as CPE credit distribution, communications, materials, and surveys.

  • Build relationships with industry associations and partners to enhance SN’s visibility.

  • Support thought leadership initiatives, speaking engagements, and industry presence.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of marketing events coordination experience.

  • Background in professional services or AEC industries preferred.

  • Experience executing both webinars and in-person events.

  • Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Comfortable with public speaking and webinar facilitation.

  • Experience with CRM systems and GoToWebinar is a plus.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a growth mindset.
