Responsibilities
As part of this role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborating with internal and external event partners to plan logistics, ensuring transparency and accuracy in all event details.
- Researching potential venues to assess availability and feasibility for future marketing events.
- Negotiating and managing contracts with vendors, including caterers, hotels, entertainment venues, AV providers, transportation services, and promotional item suppliers.
- Designing impactful events, contributing creative concepts, and working alongside team members on larger-scale initiatives.
- Strategically planning and executing event logistics, both independently for smaller events and as part of a team for larger ones.
- Resolving issues, coordinating with venues, and ensuring seamless event execution.
- Managing event budgets and reconciling financials.
- Overseeing promotional item inventory for customer drop-offs and events, including research, selection, ordering, and distribution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years of event planning experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Canva.
