The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies across multiple IPRS brands. This pivotal role combines creativity with strategic thinking to drive brand visibility, support commercial growth, and uphold our reputation for excellence.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing at handl Group, you’ll partner closely with stakeholders across all IPRS businesses to plan and deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns that align with each brand’s mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver cross-channel marketing strategies for IPRS Health, IPRS Mediquipe, IPRS Aeromed, and PFAS

  • Lead and execute multi-brand marketing activity across digital, print, PR, social media, and events

  • Oversee website management and ensure SEO optimisation and performance across all digital platforms

  • Create and coordinate compelling marketing materials and content aligned with brand tone and messaging

  • Track and report on marketing performance and ROI, sharing insights with senior leadership

  • Support sales and business development through lead generation, bid documentation, and collateral creation

  • Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, designers, and suppliers

  • Ensure compliance with brand and regulatory guidelines across all marketing touchpoints

  • Act as brand guardian, maintaining consistency of voice and positioning for each business unit

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a strategic, creative, and well-organised marketer with the ability to work across diverse business units. You’ll be a confident communicator and a skilled project manager who thrives on collaboration and innovation.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven marketing experience managing multiple brands or business units

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Confident in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail

  • Proficient in digital marketing tactics including SEO, email marketing, paid media, and social media

  • Knowledge of website management, analytics, and content performance tracking

  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Experience delivering events such as webinars, conferences, or exhibitions

  • Self-motivated, organised, and results-oriented

Desirable

  • CIM qualification or equivalent professional certification

  • Experience in healthcare, professional services, or regulated industries

  • Track record of working within multi-stakeholder organisations
