Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across both digital and traditional channels. This role is particularly well-suited for a professional with a strong background in B2B marketing, capable of creating and executing strategies that generate leads, build brand awareness, and support business growth.
As our Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of all marketing initiatives — from crafting high-converting email campaigns to managing paid ad performance, writing compelling content, and coordinating events and webinars. You will work closely with internal teams, especially Sales, to ensure all marketing outputs align with business objectives and speak to our professional client base.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution

Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies across multiple channels

Identify target market segments, set objectives, and define key performance indicators (KPIs)
Digital Marketing

Manage and optimise Google Ads and other PPC campaigns to ensure strong ROI

Oversee email marketing campaigns from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with brand messaging

Create landing pages, marketing assets, and automation workflows as needed
Content Creation & Communications

Write clear, engaging copy for websites, social media, email, promotional collateral, and sales materials

Ensure messaging is consistent across all platforms and targeted to a professional B2B audience

Collaborate with design and tech teams to produce high-impact visual content
Market Research & Insights

Conduct regular competitor analysis and research industry trends to refine strategy

Gather feedback and insights from customers and sales teams to improve campaign targeting
Lead Generation & Sales Support

Create and optimise sales enablement tools such as brochures, one-pagers, and case studies

Collaborate with the Sales team to align marketing campaigns with lead generation goals

Support account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and lead nurturing workflows
Events & Promotions

Plan and coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and webinars

Oversee event communications, promotional materials, and follow-up strategies
Performance Tracking & Reporting

Monitor campaign results using analytics tools

Produce monthly reports on KPIs, conversion rates, and return on investment

Use findings to make recommendations for ongoing improvements
Requirements & Experience
Essential:

Proven experience in a marketing role (preferably within a B2B environment)

Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)

Proficiency with Google Ads, campaign tracking, and budget optimisation

Strong organisational and multitasking skills

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
