Position Overview:


We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize go-to-market strategies for newly acquired literacy programs, including curriculum designed for bilingual (Spanish-English) learners. This role will drive awareness, engagement, and adoption through integrated marketing across digital and print channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns for new curriculum products, with a focus on bilingual education.

  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Implementation teams to ensure alignment in messaging and strategy.

  • Create compelling content for diverse formats, including email, brochures, web, social media, and presentations.

  • Provide marketing enablement materials to support sales prospecting and outreach.

  • Manage vendor relationships for design, production, and localization.

  • Analyze campaign performance to improve ROI and inform future strategies.

  • Coordinate with external partners and acquired program teams to maintain brand consistency.

  • Support event planning and representation at industry conferences and trade shows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field.

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in education or literacy sectors.

  • Proven experience in multi-channel campaign management.

  • Background in marketing to K–12 administrators and educators.

  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.

  • Fluency in English and Spanish highly preferred.

  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Pardot, WordPress, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Analytics is a plus.
