About the Role
Soho House is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution for our clubs and restaurants across North America. Working cross-functionally with global and regional teams, this role is responsible for driving member awareness, engagement, retention, and revenue through innovative marketing initiatives across digital, social, web, and offline touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and deliver a cross-channel marketing and communication plan that supports business objectives across events, F&B, bedrooms, private hire, new openings, and Soho Health Club.

Member Engagement: Create tailored communications that enhance the member experience through email, app notifications, social media, and web content.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Align with central marketing, operations, membership, events, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Content & Campaigns: Own the North America content calendar, managing newsletters, social media, and digital campaigns. Write and edit copy for emails, push notifications, and restaurant promotions.

Social Media & Creative: Lead social media strategy for NA restaurants, coordinate with global teams, and oversee photo and video shoots for digital assets.

Digital Marketing & Web: Maintain and optimize web content on sohohouse.com, Cecconi’s, and the Soho House app. Manage SEO, local search, OpenTable presence, and data capture strategies to maximize visibility and bookings.

Analytics & Reporting: Track and evaluate campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies and achieve business goals.

Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with regional leadership, acting as the primary contact for NA marketing and communications needs.
What We’re Looking For

4–5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in hospitality, lifestyle, or related industries

Proven success in digital marketing strategies, customer retention, and engagement tactics

Excellent writing, grammar, and content creation skills with an adaptable brand voice

Basic graphic design and editing skills; social media experience with Instagram and TikTok is a plus

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
