Position Overview
Questex is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager – Attendee to develop and execute multi-channel attendee marketing initiatives for major wellness, beauty, spa, and fitness events. This role manages campaigns that drive registrations and engagement for large-scale events in New York, Las Vegas, Florida, hosted buyer events, and media brands. The position requires creativity, attention to detail, strong copywriting skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities

Own and execute marketing plans to increase event registrations and qualified attendees.

Independently manage high-volume email marketing campaigns from concept to delivery and follow-up.

Lead and optimize multi-channel campaigns including digital, text, social, and direct marketing.

Analyze, track, and report on KPIs to meet registration, attendance, and revenue goals.

Manage and update dynamic event websites.

Partner with the Social Media Specialist to align messaging and drive engagement.

Develop audience personas and use targeted marketing strategies.

Collaborate with stakeholders, speakers, and partners to maximize attendee marketing efforts.

Provide onsite marketing support and execution at events.
Qualifications
Required:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, management, or related field (preferred but not required).

3–5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or event support.

Strong copywriting and communication skills (written and verbal).

Experience managing complex, multi-channel campaigns under tight deadlines.

Proficiency in HTML and email marketing platforms (Omeda, HubSpot, Eloqua, Marketo, or similar).

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike).

Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
Preferred:

Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or InDesign.

Prior experience with audience persona development and event marketing.

Epic attention to detail with strong project management and problem-solving skills.
