Senior Program Manager, Marketing – Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Leverage marketing automation (Pardot) and CRM platforms (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Showpad) to deliver effective campaigns.
  • Act as a Senior Program Manager, Marketing by creating engaging customer-facing content across email, social media, events, and web.
  • Develop customer personas and segment audiences to tailor messaging and boost engagement.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and product teams to support lead generation and sales enablement.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Manage the creation and updating of sales collateral and brand-aligned marketing assets.
  • Track industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure marketing efforts remain innovative and effective.

Senior Program Manager, Marketing – Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics, supply chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years in marketing or marketing operations (4+ years preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in marketing tools like Pardot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Google Ads, Canva, or Adobe.
  • Skilled in campaign management, customer segmentation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with proven leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Master’s degree, sales experience, or logistics industry background preferred.
