About the Role:
KPMG, in partnership with MBO Partners, is seeking a remote Marketing Manager contractor to support its strategic content, brand, and campaign initiatives. In this role, you’ll help lead high-impact marketing programs, from conference sponsorships to digital campaigns, to elevate brand visibility and support demand generation efforts.
This opportunity is ideal for a proactive, results-driven marketing professional with experience in campaign execution, event coordination, and cross-functional collaboration—especially within fast-paced, enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Content & Campaign Execution

Develop and implement content strategies including value propositions, case studies, videos, and social assets

Write and edit short-form marketing copy: social posts, email invitations, newsletters, and web content

Support multichannel marketing campaigns (email, social, paid, virtual/in-person events) to drive pipeline and brand awareness
Event & Sponsorship Support

Plan and execute conference and trade show sponsorships, including project management, stakeholder coordination, and post-event analysis

Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop promotional materials and assets
Project Management

Independently manage assigned marketing programs using project plans, timelines, and milestone tracking

Gather, implement, and respond to stakeholder feedback in a timely and professional manner
Operations & Reporting

Manage budgets, track program KPIs, and report on campaign effectiveness

Maintain alignment with compliance, branding, and business goals
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

Proven success in a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in B2B or professional services

Strong grasp of digital marketing including SEO, SEM, social advertising, and email campaigns

Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills

Experience managing web content, podcasts, and social media

Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation systems

Ability to interpret marketing data and make data-informed decisions

Comfortable working in fast-paced, remote, and collaborative environments
