Fortune is seeking a tech-savvy, results-driven Marketing Manager (Sales Support) to join our dynamic UK/European Sales & Marketing team. This is a key opportunity for a Marketing Manager (Sales Support) who thrives in driving audience engagement, lead generation, and commercial growth across global platforms—including digital, video, podcast, conferences, and print. In this role, you’ll support the media sales team with creative campaigns and strategic activations that generate demand, nurture leads, and contribute directly to revenue outcomes. The ideal candidate is innovative, analytical, and experienced in full-funnel marketing tactics. This role is based in our London office (Bank area), five days a week.

Strategic Campaigns Led by a Marketing Manager (Sales Support)

As a Marketing Manager (Sales Support), you’ll lead the design and execution of campaigns that fuel business growth through audience nurturing, account engagement, and digital innovation.

Key duties include:

  • Designing full-funnel strategies across email, digital, social, and video platforms.

  • Creating visually engaging assets using Canva and supporting campaign development with HTML/CSS knowledge.

  • Generating high-quality leads and managing data-driven demand generation programs.

  • Collaborating with sales and senior marketers to build effective pitch decks and commercial content.

  • Using Salesforce and marketing tools to track campaign results and optimize for performance.

Digital Innovation & Commercial Enablement

Creative Execution by a Marketing Manager (Sales Support)

The Marketing Manager (Sales Support) role requires creativity and adaptability. You’ll support event promotions, lead post-event marketing, and help launch new media products.

Key focus areas include:

  • Driving ABM strategies and CRM engagement through email marketing best practices.

  • Ensuring cohesive branding across all client communications.

  • Supporting the commercial team with go-to-market plans and product messaging.

  • Delivering actionable post-campaign insights, recap reports, and client-ready results.

 What We’re Looking For

 Qualifications for the Ideal Marketing Manager (Sales Support)

We’re looking for someone with a commercial mindset, technical capability, and storytelling flair—someone who can translate data and strategy into marketing action.

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years in marketing, ideally supporting sales in a media or creative agency environment.

  • Skills in Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Cvent, Canva, basic coding (HTML/CSS), Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Proven copywriting and analytical skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.

  • Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
