Key Responsibilities of a Marketing Officer
Marketing Strategy & Communication

Develop and execute compelling marketing campaigns that raise awareness and drive engagement.

Create high-quality content for digital and print platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging.

Manage and grow social media presence across Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
Fundraising & Community Engagement

Implement donor engagement strategies and optimize online giving platforms.

Collaborate with internal teams to produce and distribute internal communications.

Engage with key stakeholders, funders, and the public to build strong relationships.
What You’ll Bring as a Marketing Officer

At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar marketing role.

Strong content creation and storytelling skills.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Experience working with or marketing to vulnerable groups.

A full driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
Salary & Working Hours

Salary: £28,648.32 per annum

Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends)

Location: Rothesay Court (Hybrid Working)
