Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Marketing Project Manager to lead a fast-paced team supporting community marketing operations. In this role, you will oversee onboarding/offboarding processes, vendor and agency contracts, ticketing/helpdesk systems, marketing audits, workflows, and AI-driven tools to improve marketing efficiency. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, organizational expertise, and analytical skills to optimize performance and drive marketing excellence across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Marketing Assistants, aligning with corporate marketing directives.

Manage marketing support functions including onboarding/offboarding, ticketing systems, helpdesk operations, and vendor/agency contracts.

Perform trend analysis and implement process improvements to enhance community-level support.

Drive operational efficiency by identifying, documenting, and scaling best practices.

Implement AI-driven tools to automate tasks, personalize customer engagement, and optimize campaigns.

Conduct and oversee marketing audits to ensure brand adherence, consistency, and performance.

Utilize project management tools to manage timelines, workflows, and cross-functional coordination.

Develop project plans, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure timely, cost-effective execution.

Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to align marketing support with business goals.

Monitor performance metrics and support trends to proactively resolve challenges and enhance workflows.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, stakeholders, and vendor partners.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (equivalent experience considered).

5+ years of marketing or project management experience, preferably in multifamily or real estate.

Project Manager certification (preferred).

Strong understanding of multifamily community marketing strategies across digital, print, and social channels.

Knowledge of real estate dynamics, leasing trends, and resident demographics.

Proficiency in CRM platforms, project management tools, property/community management systems, and digital marketing software.

Proven leadership experience with team management and mentorship.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing business needs.

Valid driver’s license with a clean record (no major infractions within the last 12 months).
