Position Overview:

NRF is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Specialist to lead and execute all marketing communication activities for the UK and Ireland. This role is essential for driving our brand presence in these markets, working closely with our international marketing team, customer marketing teams, and local sales representatives. You will develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with NRF’s global goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan for the UK and Ireland, collaborating with international marketing and customer marketing teams.

  • Content Management: Create, write, translate, and manage content for local social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

  • Advertising: Manage NRF’s presence in local media (online platforms, magazines) and create advertising materials using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.

  • Website & Newsletters: Regularly post news articles on the NRF website and send monthly newsletters using Mailchimp.

  • Event Management: Organize and manage NRF’s participation in trade shows, customer events, and other local marketing activities.

  • Public Relations: Draft and distribute press releases to local media, ensuring consistent brand messaging.

  • Promotional Campaigns: Develop and execute promotional campaigns with customers, ensuring successful brand exposure.

  • Sponsorship & Merchandise: Support local marketing projects like sponsorships and coordinate the distribution of NRF merchandise.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the local sales director, representatives, and technical trainers to ensure marketing initiatives align with sales objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in B2B or automotive sectors.

  • Proficiency in Adobe design software (InDesign, Photoshop). Internal training is available if needed.

  • Strong understanding of social media management and content creation.

  • Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp preferred).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently from a home office, with occasional travel to customer sites and events.

  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
