Job Summary

The Marketing Specialist plays a vital role in enhancing brand presence across digital and print platforms. From managing social media to maintaining websites, designing promotional materials, and analyzing marketing data, this multifaceted position supports all areas of our marketing efforts and employee engagement initiatives.

 Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and more

  • Create, schedule, and manage daily social media content and audience engagement

  • Write and publish SEO-friendly blog posts aligned with brand messaging

  • Maintain and update company websites and SharePoint site content

  • Design newsletters, flyers, printables, and other materials using tools like Canva and Constant Contact

  • Plan and manage email marketing campaigns for both internal and external audiences

  • Support themed campaigns like OSHA Safe & Sound Week, Customer Service Appreciation Week, etc.

  • Coordinate creation and distribution of branded company swag and promotional items

  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and social media analytics to guide decision-making

  • Stay current on social media trends, industry best practices, and digital marketing tools

  • Answer routine incoming phone calls

 Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred)

  • Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience with strong focus on social media and brand strategy

  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)

  • Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.)

  • Strong graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines

  • Creative, resourceful, and solution-oriented

  • Experience managing promotional merchandise is a plus
