Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team remotely. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels while supporting large corporate and financial services clients. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and skilled in marketing strategy execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client marketing initiatives.

  • Analyze marketing metrics and translate data into actionable insights to improve campaign performance.

  • Manage marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

  • Produce high-quality written and visual content for campaigns, ensuring brand consistency.

  • Stay current on marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, particularly in financial services marketing.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 5–10 years of experience in a marketing role; experience with large corporate or financial services clients is a plus.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.

  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and automation tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Exceptional project management, organizational, and time management skills.

  • Adaptable and committed to continuous learning.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B marketing within the financial services industry.

  • Relevant marketing certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot).

  • Strong client-facing and relationship management experience.
