Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis, with the potential to transition to full-time employment. In this role, you will serve as the central hub between internal marketing teams and external media agencies—managing, coordinating, and implementing media campaigns across social, display, and video channels. You’ll drive execution, ensure alignment with strategic objectives, and provide clear communication to stakeholders at every stage.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring timely execution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver multi-channel campaigns.

Act as the primary contact for social, display, and video media campaigns.

Use project management tools (Adobe Workfront, Asana, Wrike, or similar) to track timelines and deliverables.

Coordinate with media agencies and internal stakeholders for advertising initiatives.

Provide regular campaign updates, manage expectations, and resolve challenges.

Ensure deadlines, deliverables, and quality standards are consistently achieved.
Required Qualifications

2–4 years of experience managing marketing operations or media campaigns.

Strong project management skills with tools like Adobe Workfront, Asana, or Wrike.

Excellent communication skills for cross-team and agency coordination.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.

Skilled at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
