About the Role
The Marketing Specialist plays a key role in executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive awareness, growth, and patient engagement across Christus Health’s regional markets. The position involves developing, implementing, and optimizing omnichannel marketing campaigns that strengthen brand presence and deliver measurable ROI.
Working closely with marketing, clinical, and operations teams, the specialist will manage digital campaigns, analyze performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and ensure alignment with the organization’s overall strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.

Develop targeted marketing strategies to promote service lines and patient engagement.

Conduct market and competitive analyses to inform marketing decisions.

Leverage CRM systems and analytics tools to measure and report campaign performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in marketing (healthcare experience preferred).

Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and campaign analytics.

Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Proficiency in CRM systems, digital advertising platforms, and data analysis tools.
