Responsibilities

Partner with managers/directors to develop and implement marketing plans.

Execute omni-channel campaigns (digital, print, social, events) and email marketing.

Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.

Develop content, collateral, and sponsorship opportunities.

Conduct competitive landscape assessments and provide strategic recommendations.

Manage projects across full lifecycle and represent Mayo Clinic internally and externally.

Use data-driven insights to improve audience engagement and reach.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in liberal arts, business, marketing, healthcare, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of professional marketing experience.

Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and proven execution ability.

Skills: leadership, problem-solving, critical thinking, project management, digital marketing, and communication (oral/written).

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Experience with marketing automation and data analysis preferred.

Occasional travel, evenings, or weekend work may be required.
