Key Responsibilities of a Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator, you will:

  • Develop and maintain detailed work plans, schedules, and status reports
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Support ad hoc collateral requests and manage file storage systems
  • Track issues, follow up with project leads, and ensure task completion
  • Handle accurate data entry and database management
  • Process daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure schedules and invoicing stay on track
  • Review milestone deliverables and follow up with contractors
  • Work with data, operations, and vendor teams to resolve discrepancies in merchandising content
  • Ensure planogram accuracy and alignment with store layouts and project goals

Qualifications for a Project Coordinator

  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Project Management tools (Workfront, Quickbase), and Adobe Creative Suite preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across teams and with contractors
  • Proactive, diligent, and able to meet deadlines with accuracy
  • Proficiency with MS Outlook and professional email communication
