We are currently seeking a Master Data and Reporting Officer to join our Finance & Trading team during an exciting period of transformation. This role is critical in ensuring customer account data integrity, delivering accurate financial reports, and providing key insights to inform business decisions.
About the Master Data and Reporting Officer Role
As a Master Data and Reporting Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining and analyzing customer account data throughout its lifecycle. You will compile, review, and report on Accounts Receivable data, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Additionally, you will provide ad hoc support for finance projects and assist with Accounts Receivable operations as required.
Key Responsibilities

Process account setup forms and update customer account details.

Maintain data integrity and ensure customer accounts are accurately managed.

Generate, review, and analyze Accounts Receivable reports to provide valuable insights.

Support credit and risk-checking processes to manage financial risks.

Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize account management and debt collection.

Deliver weekly and monthly reporting on key customer account metrics.

Develop a functional understanding of finance systems to enhance reporting processes.

Assist in improving financial data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
