What You’ll Do
Create Lessons that Last
Use our innovative smart learning platform, Compass, to deliver personalised, engaging sessions aligned with the national curriculum. Whether supporting with schoolwork, 11+ exams, or GCSEs — you’ll help children develop skills and confidence that stick.
Create Lasting Relationships
With a 1:6 tutor-to-student ratio, you’ll build meaningful relationships with each child. Your support will help them become confident, curious, and courageous learners.
Create Real Change
Your sessions will play a key role in helping children thrive at school and beyond. Celebrate their progress, fuel their motivation, and make learning a joyful, empowering experience.
What We’re Looking For

A minimum grade 6 in Maths & English Language at GCSE level (or predicted results within the next 3 months)

You must be 16+ and have the right to work in the UK

A passion for education and working with children aged 4–16

A commitment to working in person at our Addiscombe centre

A desire to make a long-term commitment for consistency and support

Confidence teaching a range of topics, including Key Stage curriculum, 11+, and GCSE content

Important Notes

This is an in-person role – you must be able to travel to our Addiscombe centre

All successful applicants will undergo reference checks and a DBS or PVG check
