Key Responsibilities

Support monthly media reconciliation processes in collaboration with Media teams
Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies
Conduct routine spot checks to ensure campaign financial documentation is current and complete
Organize and participate in bi-weekly team meetings to review key campaign metrics
Respond to media billing inquiries and provide day-to-day support to Media, Finance, and Accounts Payable teams
Partner with Media to reconcile monthly campaign delivery—this includes vendor communications, data entry, invoice tracking, and discrepancy resolution
Review and validate campaign financial data on a weekly basis
Ensure financial contracts are accurately stored and regularly updated
Develop proficiency with internal planning tools, procurement systems, billing platforms, and relevant training materials
Assist with troubleshooting billing errors and resolving process-related issues

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required
1–3 years of professional experience
Prior experience in a creative or media agency is preferred
Strong time management and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Tech-savvy with a comfort level using new systems and tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Strong numerical and analytical capabilities
Detail-oriented and fiscally responsible
Effective communicator and collaborative team player
Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset
Understanding of media operations and/or accounts payable is a plus
