Specializing in the treatment of Sinus issues, Allergies, Snoring, Sleep Apnea, Hearing Loss, and other Ear, Nose, and Throat conditions, the center serves the Research Triangle Park area. The center’s mission is to bring “CARE” back into healthcare, aiming to improve the lives of patients through personalized, scientifically-backed, and cutting-edge treatment plans.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Medical Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including patient triage, taking vital signs, assisting with in-office surgeries, managing materials, and handling medical office duties. You will also provide patient care, manage medical records, and address patient inquiries. Exceptional customer service skills are essential to the role.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Proficiency in Medical Assisting, Medical Terminology, and Medical Office duties

  • Patient care experience

  • Medical Records management experience

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multitask

  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification preferred

  • Experience in an ENT practice is a plus
