Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to join our team at the Center for Advanced Robotic and Endoscopic Surgery in Davie, FL. This on-site role plays a key part in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting day-to-day medical office operations.
As a Medical Assistant, you’ll assist in preparing patients for exams, documenting medical histories, taking vital signs, supporting procedures, and managing medical supplies. The role also includes administrative duties such as appointment scheduling and responding to patient inquiries.
Key Responsibilities

Support physicians with patient care and in-office procedures

Prepare patients for examinations and record medical histories

Take and document vital signs

Assist with scheduling and follow-ups

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Monitor and manage medical inventory

Handle patient questions and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications

Proficient in clinical patient care and medical assisting duties

Familiarity with medical terminology

Skilled in managing medical records and performing office tasks

Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills

Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset

Experience with robotic or endoscopic surgery support is a plus

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) is preferred
