Care Navigator Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:

Conduct virtual intake interviews to collect medical history and mental health concerns.

Schedule and manage telehealth appointments with providers.

Update and maintain electronic health records (EHR).

Provide administrative support through calls, emails, and patient portal messages.

Facilitate timely communication between patients and providers.

Share educational resources and treatment information with patients.

Assist with billing and insurance claims for mental health services.

Follow up with patients to ensure adherence and satisfaction.

Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.

Support mental health professionals with documentation and reporting.

Triage patient inquiries and direct crisis cases to appropriate resources.

Required Qualifications

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of healthcare experience; mental health preferred.

High-speed internet and a quiet home workspace.
