Responsibilities of a Health Coach

Provide hands-on training to patients on Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) setup and usage.

Collaborate closely with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Conduct initial patient intake procedures, including recording vital signs and medical histories.

Qualifications for the Health Coach Role

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
