Primary Responsibilities:

As a Medical Assistant, you will support providers by performing various back-office tasks to ensure efficient and high-quality clinical operations. Your duties will include:

  • Collecting patient histories and vital signs

  • Performing diagnostic tests and screenings

  • Administering medical procedures and medications

  • Documenting patient information using EPIC

  • Assisting providers with a variety of other clinical tasks

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Completion of a Medical Assistant program, or relevant experience

  • Current CPR and/or BLS certification or the ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire

  • Access to reliable transportation

Hourly Range:

$16.00 to $28.85 per hour ($20.00 to $25.00 for Denver, CO), based on experience, education, certifications, and local labor markets. In addition to salary, UnitedHealth Group offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, and a 401k contribution (all benefits subject to eligibility requirements).
