Your Role
In this position, you will play an essential part in enhancing the patient and provider experience during clinic visits. Key responsibilities include:

Managing clinic schedules and welcoming patients, escorting them to exam rooms.

Collecting and recording relevant medical history and health information.

Supporting seamless care coordination by collaborating with the healthcare team, including nursing staff, advanced practice providers, and physicians.

Depending on your certification or licensure, you may assist with in-office procedures, administer injections and immunizations, and perform lab or sample collections.
What You’ll Need to Qualify
You may be eligible for this role under one of the following qualifications:

Emergency Medical Technician (EMT): Active NREMT and Minnesota EMT certification.

Medical Assistant (MA): Diploma from a CHEA/CAAHEP-accredited program (CMA or RMA preferred).

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Active Minnesota LPN license.
-
Visit Facilitator: High school diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
Note: Final compensation and job classification will be determined based on your specific licensure, certification, and experience.

Compensation Range: $21.20 – $34.50 per hour
