Your Role

In this position, you will play an essential part in enhancing the patient and provider experience during clinic visits. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing clinic schedules and welcoming patients, escorting them to exam rooms.

  • Collecting and recording relevant medical history and health information.

  • Supporting seamless care coordination by collaborating with the healthcare team, including nursing staff, advanced practice providers, and physicians.

  • Depending on your certification or licensure, you may assist with in-office procedures, administer injections and immunizations, and perform lab or sample collections.

What You’ll Need to Qualify

You may be eligible for this role under one of the following qualifications:

  • Emergency Medical Technician (EMT): Active NREMT and Minnesota EMT certification.

  • Medical Assistant (MA): Diploma from a CHEA/CAAHEP-accredited program (CMA or RMA preferred).

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Active Minnesota LPN license.

  • Visit Facilitator: High school diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.

Note: Final compensation and job classification will be determined based on your specific licensure, certification, and experience.

Location & Schedule

  • Location: 909 Fulton St. SE, Minneapolis, MN

  • Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week (1.0 FTE)

  • Sign-On Bonus: May be available for eligible candidates

Compensation Range: $21.20 – $34.50 per hour
