Assign and oversee AR (Accounts Receivable) tasks, focusing on timely insurance and patient collections.

Manage all aspects of insurance and patient collections, including outreach, payment plans, and outstanding balance resolution.

Monitor revenue cycle KPIs and AR metrics to drive progress toward company financial goals.

Delegate and track AR tasks within the billing team, ensuring productivity and accountability.

Generate AR and collections reports, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.

Prioritize aged AR, manage high-balance accounts, and coordinate external collections as needed.

Handle client billing inquiries, concerns, and escalations directly.

Required Qualifications
