This position offers the opportunity to work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 4 PM Central Time, within one of the world’s leading technology and business service companies.
Key Responsibilities of a Remote Claims Examiner
As a skilled Remote Claims Examiner, you will:

Process professional and hospital claim forms filed by providers.

Review healthcare policies and member benefits for accuracy.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA, confidentiality, and PHI regulations.

Research, review, and adjudicate claims independently within defined SLAs.

Prioritize tasks and maintain top-tier accuracy and productivity standards.

Respond promptly to claims-related emails and inquiries.

Calculate payable amounts using applicable methodologies and fee schedules.
You’ll contribute directly to maintaining client satisfaction by upholding quality scores above 98.5% PA and 99.75% FA while ensuring timely, accurate claim resolution.
Required Qualifications for Remote Claims Examiner
To qualify for the Remote Claims Examiner position, candidates must have:

At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle healthcare claims processing (Pay, Pend, Deny).

A high school diploma or GED.

Proficiency in Windows-based computer systems, with the ability to navigate multiple applications and learn new software tools.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience processing claims in Amisys or Xcelys systems.

Ability to manage multiple screens efficiently.
