As a Medical Education Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality medical education programs for foundation doctors, training doctors, and consultant staff. You will also assist in the development and implementation of a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) program for consultant staff. Main Duties and Responsibilities of the Medical Education Coordinator:

Specialised Administrative Support: Provide a high level of specialised and comprehensive administrative support to the Medical Education Centre, East Area of Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board.

Program Delivery: Work closely with the Medical Education Manager and team to ensure the delivery of high-quality medical education programs for foundation and training doctors.

CPD Program Development: Help develop and implement a CPD training program for consultant staff.

Workload Management: Plan, prioritise, and organise your workload to meet deadlines effectively. Excellent computer skills are required for this role.
