Job Responsibilities

Process cases and enter data accurately into company databases.

Review medical records for completeness and eligibility.

Respond promptly to client inquiries via email regarding report status, concerns, or general requests.

Pull medical records from external sites and upload into internal systems.

Ensure all documentation on medical records is complete and accurate.

Coordinate with reviewers to provide insights on treatment or diagnosis to support insurance claims.
Required Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Healthcare experience in customer service or data entry.

Reliable internet connection and private workspace for remote work.

Strong data entry, computer literacy, and Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, W365 Edge).

Knowledge of medical insurance, medical terminology, and healthcare industry practices.

Dependable, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills.
Preferred Skills
