Key Responsibilities

Handle high call volumes and communicate professionally with patients, providers, and insurance companies.

Schedule and pre-register outpatient procedures.

Obtain and verify insurance, demographic, and clinical information.

Follow compliance and authorization requirements.

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or GED.

3+ years of medical office experience.

Knowledge of radiology procedures, insurance, scheduling, and medical terminology.

Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.
-
Experience with multiple software systems, including Microsoft Excel and Word.

Prior experience with remote work preferred.
