Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety: Ensure the safety of the facility by conducting safety checks, following procedures for handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe conditions.

  • Customer Service: Greet and assist members, identify their needs, help with purchasing decisions, and resolve any concerns. Guide members through self-service technology and process purchases according to company policies.

  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies and ethical standards, ensuring business processes are executed with integrity and transparency.

  • Collaboration: Work with managers, co-workers, and customers to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and resolve any challenges or improvement opportunities.

Compensation:

  • Hourly wage range: $16.00 to $23.00

  • Additional premiums may apply based on schedule, facility, or specific work performed, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour.
