What You’ll Do

Answer inbound patient calls in the Primary Care Call Center and gather necessary details.

Manage scheduling preferences for practices and providers.

Coordinate with staff and providers on patient care and insurance eligibility.

Schedule and confirm appointments with accuracy.

Document timely, accurate information in the EMR system.

Communicate clearly with patients about after-care plans.

Act professionally while treating patients, colleagues, and leadership with respect.
Requirements
-
Knowledge of healthcare services, medical terminology, and insurance coordination.

Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Must be able to work EST hours.

Remote flexibility with ability to commute to corporate offices in Nashville, TN, or Westwood, MA.
