Key Responsibilities
Product & Assortment Strategy

Act as a fashion buyer, spotting cultural and retail trends.

Develop seasonal buy plans that balance creativity and profitability.

Source innovative materials and product ideas to elevate GM’s positioning.
Vendor & Production Management
-
Source and vet vendors/manufacturers for quality and innovation.

Negotiate vendor terms and oversee production timelines.
-
Manage exclusive and co-branded collaborations from concept to delivery.
Inventory, Pricing & OTB
-
Own open-to-buy (OTB) budgets and category buy planning.
-
Monitor stock levels, reorders, and size curves.
-
Execute pricing/markdown strategies to drive sell-through and protect brand equity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Align with eCommerce on campaigns and digital merchandising.

Partner with Brand and Creative on product presentation and packaging.
-
Work with Finance to align OTB and inventory plans with company targets.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree required (preferred: merchandising, fashion business, product development).

5+ years’ experience as a Buyer in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer products.

Strong fashion sensibility and trend-spotting ability.

Proven vendor sourcing and negotiation experience.

Track record of delivering OTB, margin, and sell-through goals.

Proficiency in Shopify, Excel/Sheets (VLOOKUPs, pivots), and digital product setup.

Passion for brand building and product storytelling.
Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $94,800 – $151,400 (commensurate with experience and location).

Bonus: Performance-based incentive program.
