Responsibilities

Build and manage merchandising experiences—from curated landing pages to dynamic, algorithm-driven collections.

Use CMS tools (e.g., Contentful, Airtable) to update and optimize marketplace content.

Identify standout listings, seasonal themes, and emerging trends to drive product discovery.

Contribute to storytelling through seller spotlights, stash augmentation, and campaign support.

Maintain dashboards, assist with reporting, and measure merchandising performance.

Collaborate with Brand, Product, and Seller Marketing teams to deliver category strategies.

Participate in testing and experiments to improve and scale effective merchandising tactics.

Adapt to evolving tools and processes in Etsy’s growing, dynamic merchandising environment.

Support broader merchandising team initiatives as needed.
Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in merchandising, ecommerce, content operations, or marketing.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities.

Creative, visually driven, and detail-oriented.

Experience with CMS platforms (Contentful, Airtable, or similar) preferred.

Strong communicator and proactive collaborator who welcomes feedback.

Excited to contribute to buyer-centric commerce on a large scale.
