What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Microsoft 365 Administrator, you will elevate collaboration, productivity, and operational efficiency across the organization:

  • Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 tools including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Exchange.

  • Plan and execute tenant-to-tenant and SharePoint migrations (on-premises & cloud).

  • Configure mailboxes, security policies, compliance features (DLP, eDiscovery, retention), and user permissions.

  • Build automated workflows using Power Automate and custom solutions with Power Apps.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot M365 services and connectivity issues via admin center and PowerShell.

  • Collaborate with IT teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to implement scalable solutions.

  • Develop technical documentation, SOPs, and provide training and mentoring to IT support teams.

  • Stay updated on Microsoft 365 innovations and industry best practices to improve collaboration and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5–8 years of Microsoft 365 & SharePoint administration experience.

  • Expertise in Teams, Groups, OneDrive, Exchange, Intune, SharePoint, and Power Platform.

  • Experience with M365 migrations, governance, compliance, and security best practices.

  • Proficiency with PowerShell, SPFx, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and workflow automation.

  • M365 certifications (Enterprise Administrator Expert, MS-100, MS-101, MS-102, MS-700, MS-600).

  • Working knowledge of on-prem and Azure Active Directory.

  • Familiarity with NIST CSF, CIS benchmarks, and other recognized frameworks.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
