About the Role
As a Sales Executive at Eide Bailly, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding our Microsoft Dynamics CRM practice, helping midmarket businesses optimize operations and improve client engagement. You will proactively lead end-to-end sales cycles—from sourcing new opportunities to closing deals—while working with a team of consulting and technology experts to deliver strategic solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Drive new business development by prospecting, qualifying, presenting, and closing Microsoft Dynamics CRM sales opportunities across target midmarket industries.

Demonstrate in-depth understanding of industry trends, client pain points, and the business value of Eide Bailly’s CRM, RPA, and integration services.

Engage directly with prospects through email, phone, and in-person meetings, including C-level executives.

Continuously build product knowledge and refine sales strategies to align with market demand and competitive positioning.

Conduct detailed research to uncover prospect needs and enhance lead qualification efforts.

Participate in relevant networking events, trade shows, and community organizations to identify new opportunities and promote the firm.
Who You Are
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

A natural hunter—self-motivated, outgoing, assertive, and energized by new challenges.

3–5+ years of experience selling CRM solutions, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics.

Familiar with the broader Microsoft ecosystem and its applications in integrated solution sales.

Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders.

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively, and willing to travel as needed.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.
