Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the Mitigation Hire Desk, coordinating temporary pumping and aeration equipment for operational needs.

Manage urgent and planned hire requests via phone and email, ensuring timely responses.

Coordinate equipment logistics, including delivery, installation, and removal schedules.

Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure seamless service delivery.

Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, performance, and expenditure reports.
Qualifications:

Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across teams.

Proven organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in administrative roles with a proactive, solution-focused approach.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with SAP is advantageous.

Previous experience in coordination or planning roles is preferred.
