Air-Weigh, a leader in on-board weighing solutions for commercial vehicles, is modernizing fleet management with a ground-up IoT platform. We seek a Mobile App Developer to create an app that connects to our Bluetooth-enabled devices and integrates them into our cloud ecosystem.

About the Role:
You’ll be at the forefront of this transformation, mastering Bluetooth technology (BLE, GATT profiles, device integration across Android and iOS) and understanding real-world trucking operations to create an intuitive, seamless user experience. Your goal is to bridge cutting-edge IoT technology with an effortless user experience for drivers and fleet managers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a cross-platform mobile app using React Native.
- Integrate with Bluetooth-enabled devices, including configuration and data transfer.
- Design intuitive workflows aligned with trucking operations.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless cloud integration.
- Stay up-to-date with mobile development and Bluetooth technologies.
Requirements:
- Strong experience with React Native.
- Solid understanding of native development in Swift (iOS) and Kotlin/Java (Android).
- Comfortable working with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), including Bluetooth 5+ standards, extended/legacy advertisements, and GATT profiles.
- Proficiency with REST APIs, authentication, and data security.
- Familiarity with Google Play Store and Apple App Store processes.
- Passion for bringing new ideas to a well-established industry.
