About the Role
Carrington Mortgage Holdings is seeking a Mortgage Lending Email Marketing Specialist to support a variety of business-to-consumer (B2C) marketing projects. This role focuses on email marketing, lead nurture campaigns, and marketing automation within platforms like HubSpot and the company’s CRM system.
You’ll manage campaign execution from start to finish — creating, testing, and tracking performance while ensuring compliance with all company policies, investor guidelines, and federal/state regulations.
Key Responsibilities

Manage email campaigns from creation to delivery, including templates, scheduling, and testing.

Perform list management, data mapping, and segmentation to ensure accurate targeting.

Build and maintain workflows, landing pages, and forms for lead generation.

Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to optimize campaign performance.

Maintain and update a library of email templates within the CRM.

Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to execute marketing projects.

Prepare status and performance reports on ongoing campaigns.

Support other marketing or administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements

Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of corporate marketing experience.

Minimum 2 years of experience using HubSpot (or a similar email automation tool).

Previous experience in a mortgage lending organization required.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
