About the Role

As an MSP Support Technician, you’ll handle a mix of Level 1 and intermediate Level 2 tasks, providing responsive and effective IT support to clients. This role offers opportunities for growth and skill development while ensuring you stay at the forefront of technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated Tier 1 service tickets.
  • Provide remote support for hardware, software, and SaaS issues.
  • Support Microsoft applications, operating systems, and the Office suite.
  • Configure and troubleshoot end-user devices, including PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Manage new user onboarding, including hardware, software, and network setup.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve tickets promptly.
  • Balance multiple projects and priorities effectively.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in remote IT support using phone and remote desktop tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 7/8/10 and Office suite.
  • Hands-on experience with PC/laptop setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
  • Basic knowledge of network connectivity (WAN/LAN) and VPN troubleshooting.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
